I ordered 5 customized shades last month and got and installed them this month. Mr Derek Rocio a design specialist was very helpful and patient to answer all the questions that I asked to have the shades to be compatible with my patio and the result was very nice and enhanced my patio total appearance. Now our family can have summer time party in our patio. Also the price of the shades were not an issue because of the quality of product and workmanship. I am a very satisfy customer.

The Zebra blinds really are quite eye catching but the entire process went so smoothly due to my salesperson, Ian. From the minute I spoke with him he handled everything flawlessly. He was easy to contact via email, was efficient and assisted with one small error which was easy to fix. I never expected this type of service ordering from a company like this. I highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what would work on a wide bedroom window that would darken the room and be all one piece. Design consultant Brian walked me through this and this shade is just perfect. It's light enough o raise and lower easily and provides the light blocking that I needed.

I was able to track my delivery and when 1 box was missing 2 wand it was sent out to me within a week. I would highly recommend Blinds. com.

Purchased 7 blinds. I dealt with 2 different design consultants and both were fantastic. Pics of windows were emailed and guidance given on where to measure. I discussed final measurements with consultant and the order was placed in confidence. All blinds fit as needed and installation was very easy. Blinds changed the whole look of the rooms and definitely less light than the previous curtains and blinds. We couldn't be more pleased.
