I need to change my order. How long do I have to make my changes?

When you purchase window treatments from Blinds.com, they are custom-made just for you. In order to ensure your blinds are both made with great care and get to your door quickly, we go into production immediately when your order is placed. This means that if it has been more than 12 hours since you placed your order, changes cannot be made to the product.
