Double cell shades offer increased insulation than single cell shades and are recommended for climates with extreme heat and/or cold. Blackout fabrics block all light during the day and are perfect for day sleepers, media rooms and nurseries. These fabrics come in a variety of colors, letting you add color and definition to your space.

These shades come with a standard cordless lift and are also available in Top Down / Bottom Up, Day / Night, and motorization upgrades.  

Install Time: 12 - 15 Minutes 

We Recommend:  

• Top Down / Bottom Up provides maximum light control and privacy by allowing you to open/close the shade from either the top or the bottom. This comes with a cordless lift. 
• The Day / Night option allows you to have two shades in one. The top of your shade will be the light filtering color chosen. 
• For the most convenience, upgrade to a motorized lift. To control multiple shades with one remote, add the single channel remote to one of your shades. ( Not currently available )
• Continuous cord loops enable larger shades to operate more smoothly and effortlessly.

Considerations:  

• These shades are not recommended for humid areas or rooms where they may get wet. For such areas, consider faux wood blinds, mini blinds or faux wood shutters. 
• Motorized shades come filled with a battery pack or plug-in transformer and a small two-button remote pre-paired to the shade.
